It is completed in the year of 1867; by William Chapman Ralston, founder of the Bank of California, this mesmerizing Victorian was refurbished from the original Italian villa with the touch of Steamboat Gothic and Victorian details to build an expansive and exquisite estate. The fine glass panes attached on the front doors and windows’ wearing striped awnings gives one a glimpse of the beauty inside.
